Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial leader with relevant P&L management experience to join our company as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). The CGO will play a pivotal role in driving our core business and growth initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, encompassing new market entry, product development, and customer acquisition.
- Lead the analysis of market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the development and execution of innovative marketing and growth strategies.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, professional services and business development.
- Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations to accelerate growth.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven processes to track progress to plan and growth initiatives.
- Drive the creation of a data-driven, transparent, and inquisitive culture to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and infuse growth strategies with products and services that customers will demand in future years.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
- Recruit the best of the best to fill strategic company roles.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and leading growth initiatives.
- P&L management of computing, security, cyber, information technology, and/or networking business.
- Strong understanding of various growth strategies, including market expansion, product development, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to act strategically and develop long-term growth plans.
- Experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable understanding of marketing, product development, program management, and business development principles.
- Education
- Graduate degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent.
- Subject matter experience in computing, security, cyber, information technology, and/or networking
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 10+ years of experience working on challenges faced by customers in cybersecurity.
- Regular interaction with customers, leaders, and/or policymakers in cybersecurity.
- General management, program management, product development, risk management, and IT support experience all valued.
- Ability to lead high-growth team through written and verbal direction.
- Ability to engage and influence senior decisionmakers in government and industry.
- Additional Competencies/Requirements
- 25% travel, including on-site customer meetings, conferences, and strategic account support.
- TS/SCI preferred, TS alternative, SAP Eligible
